Scheduled remote support is completed the same day; on-site services are completed within 2 weeks of the request.

Remote operations such as commissioning, monitoring system transfer and site checks are completed the same day when scheduled.
Field Services
If contacted within the relevant week, the service request is resolved on-site within 2 weeks.
