Weekdays 09:00–17:00
Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, our specialist technicians are at your service.
Remote & On-Site Service
Planned remote support is delivered the same day; field services are completed within two weeks following the week of the request.

Remote Support
Remote operations such as commissioning, transfer to the monitoring system and site checks are completed on the day they are scheduled.
Field Services
If contact is made during the relevant week, the service request is resolved on site within two weeks.
Warranty Support
Faults covered by the Huawei product warranty are handled with priority. Warranty status can be checked instantly.

Join free online training sessions on Huawei energy systems. Hands-on knowledge, new product launches and expert Q&A.
Certification & Expertise
Trainings
Huawei-approved in-person training programs for field technicians and engineers. Participants who complete the program are eligible for certification.
